All Salon & Spa reservations for new & existing guests are held with a valid credit card to ensure each guest is notified and aware of our cancellation policy and procedures.
We kindly request 24hrs advance notice for any cancellations. Cancellations after 24hrs will be subject to a 50% charge of all scheduled services. A No-Show for an appointment, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After 2 No-Shows, pre-payment will be required.
Arriving to your appointment:
We advise arriving to your appointment at least 15 minutes prior, if possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee service, and you will be subject to a 50% appointment charge.

All service sales and gift card sales are final.
Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in Store credit only.
Confidentiality & Privacy:
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist or therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the Spa area. We ask that only children scheduled for a service visit the salon with an age appropriate guardian.
