Reservations:
All Salon & Spa reservations for new & existing guests are held with a valid credit card to ensure each guest is notified and aware of our cancellation policy and procedures.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request 24 hours advance notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of all scheduled services. In the event of a no-call/no-show, a charge for 100% of the missed, scheduled services will apply. After two (2) no-call/no-shows, pre-payment will be required.

Arriving to your appointment:
We advise arriving to your appointment at least 15 minutes prior, if possible, especially if this is your first visit with us. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee service, and you will be subject to the appropriate appointment charge.

Pricing:
We are committed to offering the industries most up-to-date and luxurious services at a competitive rate. Our website will reflect our most current prices. Prices subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy:
All service sales and gift card sales are final.
Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in store credit only.

Confidentiality & Privacy:
We do believe that everyone has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist or therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are also confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
​
Children:
No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the spa. We ask that only children who are scheduled for a service visit the salon with an age appropriate guardian.
